Poh Ling Yeow is a Malaysian-born Australian celebrity chef, artist, actress, and the runner-up in the first series of MasterChef in 2009. Poh hosts her own cooking show Poh's Kitchen on the ABC, and has a cookbook, Poh's Kitchen - My Cooking Adventures. Coming from a huge family of proud Chinese Malaysian home cooks, Poh prefers to be called a cook. She hopes for nothing more than to get Aussies excited about cooking and eating a variety of cuisines and fostering an awareness of food wastage.
