Kate Ritchie’s Delicious Chocolatey Protein Balls


1 cup of soaked prunes or dates

1 cup of almond meal

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder 

1/2 cup raw cacao

1 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of Himalayan salt

1/2 cup of desiccated coconut for rolling


Soak the fruit overnight or for as long as you have to spare.

Drain the fruit and blend all the ingredients in a food processor. If the mix isn’t wet enough add a little water/juice.

Use a spoon to take enough mixture to a size you prefer.

Roll into a ball and roll through the coconut or raw cacao. Refrigerate and eat!
